Step by Step Booking Process

  1. Save the travel request form to your desktop, complete it and email to josh.zuker@fcbt.com.au. Josh will respond within 24 hours with a quote
  2. Upon confirmation of booking, payment will be required. Method of payments are:
  3. Via credit card utilising the credit card authorisation form. This form must be completed and either faxed to +61 3 9598 3762 or scanned and emailed to josh.zuker@fcbt.com.au.
  4. Electronic funds transfer into the Flight Centre Business Travel Bank account (email Josh for details).
  5. Your booking will then be processed and a receipt, invoice and electronic ticket itinerary will be emailed to you.

Business Visitor VISA Information

All Travellers to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane; they cannot apply for a visa on arrival. Conference participants will require either a Short Validity Business ETA or a Business (Short Stay) visa. Food, plant cuttings, seeds, nuts or anything made of wood, plant or animal materialfrom overseas (including gifts, souvenirs and trade samples) may contain pests and diseases that could devastate Australia’s native wildlife, environment, tourism andagriculture industries.

 

You must declare all quarantine items on your Incoming Passenger Card on arrival in Australia. It is a legal document. If you don’t declare or dispose of quarantine items - or if you make a false declaration - you are breaking the law and could face a $220 on-the-spot fine or prosecution.
