Exhibitions and Display options

An exhibition of local, national and international Indigenous educational material, as well as cultural and artistic displays will play an integral role in the Conference. The exhibition will be placed in high traffic areas to ensure maximum exposure with face to face contact with participants and will include two sections – commercial exhibitions and community based displays.

The commercial exhibition will include a 3m x 3m booth, fascia board, 2 spotlights and basic power outlet. The cost is $3000 for the four day period.

Community based displays will be offered a clothed trestle table and a display board at the cost of $700 for the four day period.

Both commercial exhibitions and community based displays provide the option of selling goods on the final day (Thursday 11th December) at Rod Laver Arena (cash sales and/or exhibitors to provide their own credit card facilities ie no EFTPOS lines available).
